Preparing your feature presentation
- Prepare a short bio and ask another member to read it before you present (1 minute max). The Speaker Bio Sheet helps.
- Coordinate coffee and snacks with the other presenter scheduled that day.
- Presenting from a laptop? Use the monitor in the meeting room. There's Wi-Fi and a USB-C to HDMI adapter.
- Bring your power supply and a backup of your presentation on a flash drive.

Once you're officially scheduled, you're responsible for finding a replacement: swap with another member who is already on the schedule, then let the Secretary/Treasurer know about the change.
